Tracy Day came into the NHS in 1987 when she started training in Hillingdon Hospital for a year then went on to Mount Vernon Hospital where she qualified in the Coronary Care Unit, she then became Sister in the Coronary Care Unit. When the A & E closed at Mount Vernon she moved Ealing Hospital then went back to Hillingdon Hospital in 1999 where she worked as Sister in Primary Care and then she became Resuscitation Training Officer. She has been a Matron for the last five years.
